Has been in English language training for 19 years. He worked in Japan for 9 years with many well-known Japanese companies where he acquired first-hand experience of Asian culture.

Most recently he worked in France for 3 years on total immersion courses.

Having worked and lived all over the world, his experience of global cultures (Asia, India and Australia as well as Europe) is fascinating.

He worked for a group in Barcelona, Spain, teaching English through theatre. He plays various musical instruments including unusual ones such as the shakuhachi. Matt is also an accomplished photographer.

As well as English, he speaks fluent Japanese, Spanish and French.

Has been a language and internationalization specialist for 17 years. She set up and ran a language school in France specializing in total immersion courses for 13 years, and has now expanded her activities to work all over Europe.

She has been an examiner for the French Chamber of Commerce professional examinations in English, has run a TOEIC testing centre and participated in producing a CD-ROM to prepare the GCSE French examination.

She speaks English, French and Italian and has translated 24 books including many dedicated to food, wine and travel.

She has studied at the Bordeaux Wine School to pursue her interest in wines, as well as participating in international wine-tastings in Italy. Her passion for gastronomy comes from two grandfathers who both specialised in food & wine. She also participated in running a restaurant.

Juliette lived in the UK for 24 years, in France for 16 years and has lived in Italy since March 2006.

Is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.

Hélène Salomez

Hélène is our main trainer for French language and culture courses as well as being responsible for running our French operations.

She started her career as a recruitment specialist for high level staff, and subsequently decided to move into the field of languages.

Apart from her experience of the world of French business, her knowledge of all aspects of French culture is very wide.

She is a fantastic cook, the daughter of a wine connoisseur, and knows how to appreciate the "good things in life" !

She also speaks English and Spanish.

Matti Matero is is our key contact person in Finland and business advisor.

He has wide experience of working on a pan-European scale and has worked in the private sector and also in the public sector as a teacher. His network of contacts is impressive - if you want to find or do anything in Finland, Matti is your man !

He loves French and Italian wines, and appreciates fine food and gastronomy.

As well as fluent English, he also speaks some Swedish and of course Finnish, his mother tongue.

Luca Coppo

Luca is our main trainer for the Italian language and culture and is in charge of our Italian activities.

He has also had an international real estate business for many years, and has been involved in professional training.

His clear understanding of the difficulties foreigners have with speaking Italian comes from his long experience with other nationalities both European and worldwide.

Luca has a wide knowledge of and passion for the cinema, as well as contemporary art.

He is also an accomplished and enthusiastic gardener.

He speaks fluent English, and as much French as possible!
